In the Casamance region of southern Senegal, my friend and I wanted to visit an area that was only accessible by boat. The owner of this one agreed to take us there, but we had to wait while his family loaded it up with their goats, chickens, and baskets of grain. Taken in 1997 with a Nikon FG.
